All legal analysis reports and services are delivered digitally through your LegalAware.ai dashboard and registered email address. Reports are typically delivered within minutes to hours after payment confirmation. Complex analyses may take up to 24-48 hours.
2. Delivery Timeline
After successful payment and workflow submission, you'll receive access to your report within the timeframe mentioned on the workflow page. You'll receive email notifications when your report is ready for download.
3. Access & Storage
Reports are accessible through your dashboard and can be downloaded in PDF format at any time. We recommend saving important reports to your local device. Reports remain accessible as long as your account is active.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience delays or difficulty accessing your report, contact admin@legalaware.ai. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect document uploads, wrong email addresses, or technical issues on your end.
