1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel workflow orders before processing begins. Once AI processing starts, cancellation may not be possible. Credits purchased are non-refundable but remain in your account for future use. To cancel, log in to your dashboard or email admin@legalaware.ai.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for completed reports, unused credits, or early cancellation during processing. Refunds may be granted if: (a) a purchased workflow was not delivered, (b) persistent technical issues prevented access, or (c) workflow terms were misrepresented. To request a refund, email admin@legalaware.ai with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
